Thousands of Grady Patients to Benefit from Bank of America Grant
The Grady Health Foundation is excited to announce a $50,000 grant from Bank of America to support Grady Health System. Specifically, the donation is dedicated to Grady’s Mobile Integrated Health program, a mobile team of EMT’s and other health professionals who provide in-home medical care to patients with limited mobility.

Leaving a legacy at grady
At 50 years old, most people begin thinking about retirement, but for Larry Moyer, it was time to go back to school. Inspired by his experience assisting radiologic technicians helping aid his ill son in his youth, Moyer made the decision to attend Grady’s Radiologic Technology Program in order to obtain his certification to practice radiology. It was then that he realized he found his passion. Years later, his family has established a scholarship in his honor.

Food as medicine program announced as grant finalist
Grady’s Food as Medicine program has been announced as a finalist for the siggi’s starters grant! Now more than ever, Grady needs your support in raising funds for this program as the COVID-19 pandemic has launched food insecurity rates nationwide by 20 percent from 2019 to 2020, according to Feeding America.
Remembering Pete Correll

Opioid abuse has led to a growing crisis across the nation, and Grady is proud to announce that we are partnering with the Christopher Wolf Crusade to help put an end to substance abuse before it begins by becoming host to the Life Care Specialist pilot program right here in Atlanta.
